Joan SittingBull is the founder of The Chrysalis Vision, a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through education, service, and meaningful engagement.

Driven by a passion for helping others grow and succeed, Joan has spent years bringing people together through programs that support veterans, youth, education, cultural wellness, the arts, and community outreach. Her leadership is guided by the belief that strong communities are built through connection, opportunity, and service.
