“My journey in Chinese martial arts began over thirty years ago, and it’s been a path of relentless dedication, deep cultural reverence, and personal transformation. Earning my 5th Degree Black Belt wasn’t just about mastering techniques—it was the result of years of rigorous training under Master Nick Scrima, one of the most respected figures in the martial arts world and founder of the International Chinese Martial Arts Championship (ICMAC).
At the Chinese Martial Arts Center here in Seminole, we honor tradition while embracing modern approaches to teaching. Our curriculum spans a wide range of Northern Chinese styles—Bei Shaolin Quan, Mizong Luohan, Ying Zhao Fanzi, Tai Chi Quan, Xing Yi Quan, Baji Quan, Tang Lang Quan, Bagua Zhang, and more. Each style offers its own wisdom: Tai Chi cultivates inner peace and balance, while Tang Lang Quan sharpens agility and reflexes.
This isn’t just a training facility—it’s a community. We’ve built a space where students of all ages and backgrounds can grow in speed, strength, endurance, focus, and self-defense. But more than that, we help them discover tranquility, discipline, and resilience. As I often remind my students, ‘”The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Take that step today and embark on a journey of self-discovery, discipline, and unparalleled martial arts training. Rooted in Kung Fu, this program is designed to instill speed, strength, endurance, focus, tranquility, and self-defense capabilities in its practitioners.
